The earlier, the better — but it's never too late. Ideally, we start working with students 6–12 months before ERAS opens (June) to allow time for meaningful application improvements. That said, we regularly help students who come to us mid-cycle or even preparing for a second application cycle.

Absolutely. A significant portion of our clients are DO students and international medical graduates. We have consultants who matched as DOs and IMGs themselves and understand the additional hurdles these applicants face — from AOA vs. ACGME programs to USMLE strategy for non-US graduates.

A below-average Step score is a challenge, not a death sentence.
